The Memory foam heel pods help keep your feet in a more natural position. They still have a 4mm offset helping to keep with a more natural gate with your running form. They improved the midsole with a high abrasive Eva providing incredible cushioning in a lightweight shoe. These shoes weighed in at 7.7 ounces for men and 6.7 for the women. Another key improvement was adding XT-900 rubber to the outsole enhancing the durability of these shoes.
