Duties:
• Converting product information provided by our vendors into a standard format for our internal system
• Assisting with maintaining accurate, up to date pricing and product information.
• Ability to create reports from various data sources
• Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience programming using Microsoft Visual Studio (VB/C#)
• Using web services to communicate with our internal systems
• Communicate with other departments, providing solutions to increase efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot programs and provide a solution
• Capacity to create data from our system to external specifications
• Leveraging Microsoft Excel/Access to increase productivity working with data
Experience with a combination of the following:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• MySQL
• Transact SQL
• VB.NET/C#
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Access)
• ADO.NET
Not required, but considered a plus:
• HTML
• CSS
